Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition with tags and stickers still attached. Use the return label within 14 days of receiving it. All sale purchases and giveaway winnings are final. If an item doesn’t meet our terms, the refund may be denied and the item disposed of. Last chance items, customized products, and PR boxes are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds may take up to 5 business days after your return is delivered to our warehouse. International customers, see the international returns question below.
